This strobe light is wired to be used in a regular outlet. The light is found in fine preowned condition showing some wear, scuffs, and scratches. The lens is plastic. When plugged in, the light flashes about every one second. Sold as a collectible and not for street use. I don't know if it can be wired any other way.
