Vintage United Arab Republic Large Brass Torch Burner

Description

Unusual what appears to be a brass torch of some sort. vMeasures 7 1/2 " tall and is 4 1/2 " in diameter.  Set up like a peg lamp, bottom hole is 1 3/4 " deep and 1 1/8 " wide. There is no wick. I have not tried to unscrew burner top or filler cap. They probably need to be oiled to set them free.
