Vintage Crouse Hinds Explosion Proof Cover, Cage, Glass Globe
See photos, cage bent in one section, scratch on outside of the globe (not a crack all the way through).  General scuffs and marks from age and use.  This item was pulled from the 1891 Old Chicago Brewing CO. building on west North Ave before demolition.  It could be many many decades old.
