Vintage Brass John Scott Dual Double Wick Surgical Lamp No Reflector England

This is a beautiful brass surgical kerosene lamp made by John Scott in England.
It was part of a surgical ensemble that included this double wick burner, and
base that sat on a wall hung reflector to assist the physician in surgery.  Unfortunately,
all I have is the burner and base, with no reflector.  What I have, is
in great condition with no dings, dents or damage and very nice patina..  The wicks are installed,
the two wick knobs turn freely, and the fill screw also unscrews freely.
I'm sure it would be beautiful if it was polished up or leave it as it is.
