Vintage Black Martial Arts Costume Size Medium Top and Pants

You are looking at a vintage Black Martial Arts Top and Pants Set. These are marked Medium. I'm not sure if this is for a man, woman, or child. Measurements: Top is about 25" from shoulder to bottom and chest (underarm to underarm) is about 20" across. The pants are about 18" open (untied) across and the inseam is about 25 1/2" long.
