Works very well. Sometimes you need to push down on top of CD player while pressing play to get the music to play. This is strictly because of the design of the toy and they way it works. Not because of any sort of defect. You can play random music from any of the 4 discs without having the discs in by hitting the random button. The music is stored in the device, not the discs. This is a PRETEND CD player, not a real CD player. Will not play real CDs.
Battery compartment is clean and shows no signs of corrosion. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
