Here are the specifications.  One white oak Iwama style Aikido bokken.  Laminated, 40.5 inches (103 cm) length, 22.27 oz (631 g). Light indentations on the edge of the weapon from paired ken kata (
kumi tachi
).
Here's the story.  I'm a college professor and a 3rd Dan in Aikido.  For many years I was the faculty advisor and instructor for a Student Aikido Club (at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University, in Central Minnesota, if you must know).  A few years back the club folded, partly because of weak student leadership and partly because of physical injury and infirmity on my part.  I was left with a fair amount of Aikido related gear that had been ordered for the use of club members and that either never was used, or was only used lightly.  Most of the bokken I am offering on eBay were used by club members once or twice a week.  All of these weapons have the light indentations along the edge that can be expected from this use.  Few of the students reached a high level of proficiency with weapons and so did not wield them with great vigor. (The few students who did become more proficient typically obtained their own personal weapons.)
The last photo shows the initials for the schools (CSB/SJU) written on the cap of the ken with felt marker.  I thought about sanding that off before offering the item for sale, but decided instead to let buyers decide what they wanted to do about the marking.
