    The newspaper itself is in remarkably good condition considering its age.
    It has been well cared for, stored properly, and handled rarely; the newsprint pulp paper retains good mechanical strength with bright coloring on the front and back pages.
    Condition issues noted; expected minor toning throughout, with moderate toning around the edges of the newsprint; chipping primarily along the top and left edges; bent lower left corner.
