Notes about SPI Reprint Editions:  Simulations Publications continuously reprinted their earliest issues for several years to sell as part of their mail order line.  (You can see the ads in most issues).  Unlike the reprints of the later issues that were like a normal magazine (saddle stitched and at least had the ‘courtesy’ to be labeled reprints in some cases); these were frequently only photocopies produced on the antiquated copy machines of the time.  They really are ‘official’ even though they are good for little more than reading copies with slight collector value.
