Marked on the bottom and numbered.
I’ll say Condition is "Used" but I’m 99.9 % sure it was never used. The manufacturer label is still on the lamp and has no scent if kerosene nor does the wick look used. My opinion. Not an expert.
Beautiful etched eagles in gold.
Patriotic.
Lamp glass bottom is thick and globe is fragile.
