Purchased many years ago from historic newspaper reseller
Newspaper was custom framed and double matted (white/black)... frame size is 20" x 24"
glare on pictures comes from the frame being wrapped in plastic to protect frame/newspaper
Never displayed and has been safely boxed and stored in temperature control area.
