Offered for your consideration is this hard to find bound lot of Indianapolis Star newspapers from the month of October 1907 - there are hundreds of news-pages here. It is bound in a red cloth hardbound cover, and it has a call number neatly written on the spine (once owned and bound by a library). The news is really fascinating throughout and there are articles about local events as well as national and international news. There are ads throughout for local stores and products, including L.S. Ayres. Especially interesting was the Stock Market crash on Oct 10, and news of President Roosevelt.
The condition is good in that the pages are all solidly bound together, but each individual page is fragile and must be handled with great care.  The first several pages in the front have damage and professional repair by the library, but after that there is not a
significant
amount of taping.  This volume is fairly described as HUGE - it is the size of the newspaper then, opened and so it measures 24x30. It is also REALLY heavy, so I would prefer to sell locally for local pick up (I am in Terre Haute, Indiana). However, I will ship this, just know that I will need to charge to purchase the correct size box for mailing it safely and it is also oversized and very heavy (which translates to expensive).  Thanks for your interest!
