This is a new Mattel Mary-Kate and Ashley Let's Hang Out! Room Accessory Pack, a doll accessory/furnishings playset from 2001 (dolls not included).  While this set was designed for Mary-Kate and Ashley dolls, the components should also be suitable for Mattel's other favorite doll - Barbie and her friends (Barbie dolls also not included).  This set is still sealed.  As with anything from 2001, there is some minor storage wear to the outer box (please see pics), but it should not affect use.

I am selling a bunch of other new toys from the early 2000s.  We're doing some cleaning of unused closet and storage spaces and hoping someone else can enjoy these items.
