to be sent to you for free, which is the quickest and easiest way to fix the issue. Don’t worry for the replacing job, Instructions of replacing the broken glass tube will be provided. It is an easy and fun job.

Returning the damaged sign for a workable one is also an acceptable choice. We will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any personal reasons, such as change your mind, just didn’t like it, we are happy to accept returns and will issue refund with return shipping charge deducted
