We offer free shipping for all orders within the Contiguous US.
**Due to the current situation in the US right now, we cannot make any promises to shipping speed and we do not recommend expedited shipping. We will not refund any shipping for the delay caused by carries. Please refer to those notes on carries’ website also.
All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days. The delivery time for your orders will be 3-10 days, depending on the location and carries’ situation.
You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has shipped.
RETURN
To request a return authorization, please email us. All returns require a return authorization.
Unless the return is due to Alvantor's error (i.e. The item is damaged or defective upon arrival), the original shipping cost will not be refunded and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Any claim for damaged or defective products must be made within within 72 hours of the delivery of your order.
If the product is returned because a wrong address was provided, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
In the following cases, the refund amount will be reduced by 20% as the original shipping cost and restock fee:
