Satirical look at Court decision regarding Pedestrian Rights on the Highway   in the San Francisco Bay - Oakland area in 1925. Pen & Ink with pencil notations on front and back. 14" by 18" some discoloration on surface front and back and a few tiny worm holes, signed with KET and little figure of black bird.
