The Norman army smashed English resistance and conquered Britain.  As the armies fell to the Normans, the commoners and farmers rose up against the invaders in defiant and bloody resistance.
But all who have stood against the Normans have been crushed and trampled.
One by one the people gave up hope and accepted a life of virtual slavery.
Out of this time a band of heroes will emerge.  Their fame will bring hope to the oppressed Anglo Saxon peoples, and stike fear into the corrupt hearts of Prince John and his agents.  One man shall lead this band. One man, who carries a longbow and wears a hood....
A legend will be born.
This is actually a new, unused copy in that has spent its life in a warehouse. There is scuffs and cover damage from warehouse wear. The inside is crispy clean and guaranteed complete.
