Neon tube size is lightly smaller than the Frame backing measure, depends on the shape of the neon sign.
Input voltage: 110V-240V, suit for any countries. If use any country outside of US, please make a note in the order.

We will send a draft picture for approval before the custom neon sign is made.
Once the picure is confirmed, we will proceed to make the sign and the order couldn't be cancelled.
As the custom sign is made per customer's unique requirements,
no-refund and non-exchange will be accepted.
If sign is broken in shipment, the new replacement part will be shipped for free. We will also send you the instructions on how to replace the broken glass tube, most of the buyers will solve this easily.
Any issue with the sign itself will be solved by the seller.
