This item is the complete Chicago Herald and Examiner newspaper from November 11, 1918. The two sections have a total of twenty pages. This issue has the story of the German surrender and signing of the armistice to end World War I.
The newpaper has yellowed with age and has been folded horizontally . There is considerable wear on the edges and on the fold. It comes from a non-smoking home.
