All items are shipped tracked and fully insured purchase price. They are shipped in the condition of the pictures in the listing. If the item is damaged through shipping it is the responsibility of the receiver to claim the insurance through the USPS. This can be done online or at the post office.
Shipping and handling are not refundable on damaged items from me.
