This is a nice antique framed newspaper sport's page (see photos). The item has interesting stories on both the upcoming Jack Dempsey / Gene Tunney boxing match and a story about Babe Ruth breaking the home run record for the New York Yankees (see photos). I do not know the city the paper was from, but I think it dates to October of 1927 (see photos and decide the age, the origin and the maker). The item is framed under glass in a wooden picture frame. The item in total measures about 1 foot 11 inches high and it is about 1 foot 6 inches wide. The item has some scuffs, some finish losses and some wear to the wooden painted picture frame. The paper has some aging and some signs of wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item). This item would be a nice addition to your collection.
