    Available is a front page and two pages from a sports section that came from a July 1, 1948 edition of a Cleveland Plain Dealer newspaper. The front page features a bold headline with story announcing that Cleveland Indians pitcher Bob Lemon has thrown a no hiiter vs. the Detroit Tigers during the Indians Championship Season. The sprts pages contain a continuation of the front page story along with additional stories related to the no hitter.
    Condition
    This newspaper pages are in good condition. However, the pages should still be treated as delicate and handled with care upon receipt. This newspaper pages originally came from a bound library volume and may exhibit typical chipping and paper loss on the edges.
