March 12, 1929 Newspaper.  Martinsburg Journal, Martinsburg, West Virginia. Front page stories include an assault and article on the Mexican Revolt.  The paper is mostly local news and ads with other news mixed in.     Complete paper. 12 pages FAIR
condition. Vertical crease as well as normal horizontal fold.  Some wear, small edge tears, small hole at the horizontal and vertical folds intersection.  Small tears along the horizontal fold. Some soiling. Address label. Most everything is readable, some yellowing/browning, not overly brittle but needs to be handled carefully.    I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we must use. Shipping is .95 in the U.S.
