November 12, 1928 Martinsburg Journal Newspaper, Martinsburg, West Virginia.  Complete 10 page paper. Ten Year Anniversary Armistice Day Celebration headline and several articles, schedule of events, etc.   Lots of national and local news. LOTS of local ads.  GOOD condition.  Vertical crease as well as the normal horizontal fold.  Small address label.  Edge and corner wear, creases, small edge tears, some soiling and toning.  One tear on the headline. Paper is browned a bit but not overly brittle (still needs to be handled carefully).
I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we are forced to use. Shipping is .95 in the U.S.
