This page came from a December 30, 1916 San Francisco Call and Post newspaper.Willis Jefferson Polk (October 3, 1867 – September 10, 1924) was an American architect best known for his work in San Francisco, California. For ten years, he was the West Coast representative of D.H. Burnham & Company. In 1915, Polk oversaw the architectural committee for the Panama–Pacific International Exposition (PPIE).
Condition
This newspaper page is in good condition. However, the page should be treated as delicate and handled with care upon receipt. This newspaper page originally came from a bound library volume and exhibits typical chipping and paper loss on the edges.
