Available is a rare and unique front sports page that came from a February 23, 1910 edition of a Jacksonville, Florida Times-Union newspaper. The page contains a bold headline announcing that Ad Wolgast has defeated Battling Nelson to win the world lightweight boxing title. The front page story is continued on a second page. Included on the second page is a 4" x 6" ad for Rienzi beer. Other news headlines are printed in Red. The page measures 17" x 23".
Condition
This newspaper page is in good condition. However, the page is brittle and should be handled with the utmost care upon receipt. This newspaper page originally came from a bound library volume and may exhibit typical chipping and paper loss on the edges.
